Excellent experience! Both my husband and I had thorough examinations. The staff was friendly and professional. We feel confident in having our procedures done with this group.

Dr. Grant Moore and his assistant Alexis, plus the staff we dealt with, were an absolute pleasure to work with!! The care and compassion are top notch!! We have no problem in recommending their services!!!!
I was greeted.prmptly when arriving. Called back around 8:45 to check my eyes. My eyes were dilated around 9 am and put in the waiting room. I waited approximately 45 minutes in the waiting room before.the procedure was.performed on my eyes. Did not leave until around 10 am.
I booked an appointment by phone, explained what I needed, and told them I had PRK 16 years ago. I also listed it again on the online forms before my visit. Despite that, I drove 30 minutes to their Scottsdale office only to be told in person that I was not eligible for the free consultation because of my prior PRK procedure. When I asked why this was not brought up earlier, since I had already disclosed it both on the phone and in the paperwork, I was only told that it was their policy. If that is the case, they should have told me before confirming the appointment, not after I arrived. It was a waste of time and a very frustrating experience.
I was concerned and worried about my eyesight. I had appointment with Dr. Anthony Nappi. He reassured me that My eyes are Healthy I am so glad I came to his office to see him. He has Excellent bedside manner.🥰
