Dr. Nadeau was awesome. She took her time and explained everything in detail. I will be back to see her next year for sure. The staff at the front were also very kind and helpful. I was able to purchase contacts right away. Thanks again!

WARNING: BROKEN FRAMES WITH NO COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES. I browsed for new frames and lenses in early April. No trouble at all with the lenses or the eye appointment, but they didn't have any frames on offer that worked for my narrow eyes. I asked if I could have the lenses put into my current frames and was given the affirmative. I gave them my frames the second week of April. Now, in the first week of May, I have been informed that my frames are destroyed. While I was refunded for the new lenses, I will get nothing in exchange for my belongings that were broken here. By simply trying to purchase glasses, I'm now out a $150 set of frames with NOTHING to show for it. I wasn't even given a warning that this was a possibility. The only recompense is that I was offered to come choose from the small selection of frames available there which don't fit. I'll be telling everybody I know about this.
Great staff, compassionate and thorough exams. Definitely recommend. Most instances accepted. Multiple locations, no walk ins.
Excellent experience with Dr. Nadeau here. Loved the way she explained things, like a friend to a friend. I never felt "talked down to". She explained options and anything technical in a way you understand.
