Art Of Optiks

I have a very difficult prescription or so it seems as I have been to many eye drs over the last few years just trying to see well! I was thrilled with the eye exam and help finding a new pair of glasses! I will be calling the Art of Optiks my new complete eye care home. I am very relieved to have found a place I can trust for my eyecare.

This practice, their expertise, service, and their selection of beautiful frames, is of the highest quality. We have been customers for years and have done enough business with them to know that they consistently provide excellent service with eye exams, eye care, selections of new frames, and ongoing service for all of one’s needs to keep the glasses in excellent shape.

I have been a patient at Art of Optiks for the last two years and for the first time I actually look forward to my annual eye exam. Dr. Hollenbach is thorough, explains things and is always willing to answer any questions. Dr. Hollenbach and the rest of the staff are transparent regarding what my insurance will cover and what I can expect to pay, even advising me on how best to use my vision benefits. I recently bought glasses here and the staff provided great suggestions and overall a great experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Whitman and her incredible team. The care there is of high level from reception to checkout. Dr. Whitman is very kind and does a wonderful job explaining recommended changes and/or treatment!

Exam was performed by a student, without my prior knowledge or identifying herself as such; I was quoted a price for the contact lens evaluation, but was charged $130 more (no refund extended); information posted on their website was in no way evidenced during my visit; I had to ask 3 times and have yet to receive a valid contact lens prescription. Beware, based on my experience, Art of Optiks is a company that literally practices the “art of optics,” saying one thing but doing something different. I was very disappointed with the service I received.
