I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Cheryl, my technician, was not only kind, professional and easy to talk to, but she double-checked everything to make sure I got the best possible deal (I was buying multiple pairs of glasses due to a new prescription). I'm confident that I'll be satisfied with the result, and am looking forward to receiving my new glasses.
My prescription and order history made my situation exceptionally complicated. The associate who assisted me, Cody, was remarkable in his diligence, patience, and problem-solving skills throughout the process. I was equally impressed by Dr. Bergerud, who demonstrated the same high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern. Both were personable, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. Based on this experience, I would recommend the Southdale LensCrafters store over any other optical store or online eyewear retailer.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters Southdale in Edina. My glasses had come loose, and the staff fixed them for me at no charge, even though I didn't buy them there. They were friendly, quick, and very professional. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and their kindness. Small acts like this make a big difference. Thank you again!
THIS IS NOT A GOOD STORE. Ive been waiting for 16 days for my glasses lens, which I thought were easier/quicker than regular glasses. As I found out, this store is not like other Lenscrafter as they dont have in-house lab/facility to take care of orders. Also they tell you nothing about ordering or order status. It's been 16 days and I had to call them. Going into store to get my $ back.
I walked in to get my mom’s glasses adjusted after I messed them up trying to do it on my own. Sales associate, Cody, helped us out right away. Cody was very diligent when working with my mom’s glasses even though she purchased them from elsewhere. My mom doesn’t speak English, yet Cody was patient and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her glasses before we left. We will definitely come here for glasses in the future!
