I visited 4 stores at the Mall of America and all couldn’t fix it. Dr Stephen fixed my rimless glasses in 2 min. Best Doctor ever
We walked in, eager to find the right glasses, but the receptionist, an older lady with glasses, greeted us with reluctance. She informed us that she was about to close, although the time she mentioned didn’t match what was listed online. Despite knowing exactly what we wanted, her attitude was off-putting. She asked questions, instructed us to fill out a form in a curt manner, and neglected to explain things. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and her tone especially towards my grandmother whom we had mentioned did not understand English. After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident.
Been seeing Dr. Tonner for probably 20 years and obviously I am very satisfied with his thoroughness and competence, especially since I am a diabetic. Definitely top-notch. Knows his stuff.
