Dr. Hanson and the whole Art of Optometry staff were great! I had an accident the night before a vacation and thought I was in the clear to leave. While still enroute, hours away from home, and with worsening symptoms, they worked me in last-minute. My visit was under 30 minutes and gave me the reassurance that I needed that no major damage had been done the night before. The doctor listened to me, explained very clearly what he saw, what he recommended, what I should monitor, and even gave me an after-hours number just in case I needed to come back in for a follow-up that same weekend. Of course, my insurance didn’t want to pay for any of this, but their practice charged me a fair price all things considered. I couldn’t have asked for better handling, during an untimely accident.
I highly recommend Art of Optometry in Black River Falls. Dr. Hanson gave me one of the best eye exams I have ever had, and I have had many! He took his time, and explained everything thoroughly. I was also very impressed with his staff. They were very kind and helpful. Great place!
Dr. Hanson and his staff are wonderful! The office is beautiful and they have a large selection of quality frames. I received one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care.
Very helpful team. I was in and out quickly. They didn't try a hard sell, just showed me the safety glasses with options that fit within my company's insurance guidelines...I made my selection and was out the door. The finished glasses were ready early, and I was contacted before they said I would be, and collected my glasses quickly too. Thanks.
