I really wanted to like this place, they do accept government insurance which is great and the Dr is a pleasant one to work with. Wasn't to eager to help for follow ups though. The front desk lady with white hair is so rude when doing her job such as simply sceduling people but she also messes up payments. So you could get surprise charges because she overlooks them. I asked if i was caught up on payments she said yes, a year later for my annual she said i had a bill for the last annual. Mind you I had been going in there for contacts and emergency appointments between annuals she never metioned a past due bill until close to my next annual. Very unprofessional. My last visit there I went in to pick out eyeglasses, she presented me a box to look through but when I picked the box up she snatched it away and put it down. That's no way to treat customers, I took my service else where after that.
