Ashland Artisan Eyeworks is beyond amazing. They are so patient and kind and helpful. The best lenses and frames that I’ve ever seen. They are extremely professional and flexible and just good energy every time! I highly recommend, they are top-notch and impeccable.

Dr. Bates was very thoughtful in helping us detect an early issue with our son. While we don’t have answers yet he is getting us going in the right direction. His staff was communicative and went above and beyond to aid our endeavors at getting our son in the right care.
I left a review previously, but needed to leave another 5-star given the second visit was more amazing than the first. I need to stress that having a great front-office staff can make all the difference in supporting the doctor's work. Buying glasses and going through all the complications of what is/isn't covered in insurance, figuring out the best frames, and getting helpful service from start to finish is a difficult task to do. This task is a breeze to the wonderful Miss Erica who juggles all the responsibilities like a cool breeze. She ensured things were done timely, explained clearly, and I felt taken care of. She extended in areas she didn't need to and went above and beyond to ensure an incredible experience. I have already referred friends and coworkers to this office, but I stress that getting to work with Erica is something special. 5-stars!
The care given here today by the optometrist was truly heart felt. Plus I had a ton of fun picking out new glasses with someone who was both knowledgeable and a joy to work with! Highly recommended!!
