Dr. Walport (AND her assistant, btw) was very kind, patient and, imho, obviously proficient in her expert care yesterday. Jae did my initial testing and assessment and I enjoyed his easy, cordial manner. Dr. Frederickson performed my cataract surgeries in November 2023 and I think highly of him, as well. I will continue to be a client at SEC for as long as I am treated with such respect.
Smooth operations, cheerful connected highly competent staff, state of the art assessment technology, with kind, careful and thorough medical practitioners. Best medical practice experience in the the Rogue Valley. And they have a mechanical-genius wizard who can adjust the most twisted eyeglass frames back into perfection.
I just had my 4th or 5th visit so am still new to Siskiyou Eye Center. This was my best visit so far although I'm on my third prescription in less than 9 months, as either my eyes are changing or I'm not getting correct readings. More lenses cost. My eyes have complications and overall I feel I'm in good hands. I live in Medford and worth the drive. The staff is very busy but friendly.
We have been coming here for years. Every time we come in, the staff are extra kind and friendly and fun. My daughter’s doctor is so knowledgeable and helpful. He takes our concerns seriously and helps us until we feel better about them. I highly recommend them!
SEC got me in for eye infection…was mis-ordered for Yreka office…but Jessie (only one on front desk)calmly accommodated when I arrived at Ashland office, and got me seen. Dr Welder was wonderful as always. All great staff! Thankful for great care.
