Waiting time was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, very professional! Dr. Krempecki was WONDERFUL. He made a scary time for me so much more comfortable. Answered all my questions. Set a plan in motion. I would recommend Asheville Eye Associates in Franklin, for WHOEVER needs a Good clinic and a Wonderful Doctor!

Scheduling department called me this morning to see if I wanted to take one of their cancellations for a capsulotomy today. So appreciative of that opportunity since I’ll be driving cross country next week. staff was great, efficient and the doctor made everything go smoothly, reassuring and explaining every step along the way. so grateful to get this (worse) one eye taken care of, and I will return for the second eye after my trip. 👍👍

Front desk people are pleasant and very helpful. Appointment was on time. The young woman doing my initial tests was patient and thorough, explaining each test. Dr. Killian was great. He saw both me and my husband at the visit. He spent time explaining issues and concerns with both our exams. He was detailed and answered all our questions. We both felt that we were listened to and that he genuinely cares about his patients. So nice to be treated like a human by the staff....unlike the place we had been going to for years. Definitely made the right choice in changing Doctors.

Exceptional care by complete professionals from the check in desk to the support staff to the doctor. The office runs like a well oiled machine and I truly appreciated that. They are also very friendly and helpful.
