They’re rude and short with me and keep saying “they’re short staffed” and don’t want to answer any of my questions or seem to want to do their job thoroughly AT ALL. From the receptionist to the actually eye doctor. From picking up your prescriptions and any follow ups…. They want your money and want you in and out the door quickly. I also mentioned my dry eye allergy problems and they were not addressed at all. I’m looking back at some of the other reviews and people having these same issues and they’re still not addressed and the doctor Melissa and receptionist still hasn’t improved. Disappointing. Wish I read them before coming here. Does not feel good when you’re trying to learn about your own health and their warranties and terms. The only good thing is they have a wide array of glasses and they have the optomap instead of dilating your eyes. I would find another doctors office if you want to be treated better as a cared for PATIENT and not a customer.

The Doctor and technician were very good. For them 5 Stars. Billing practice, one star. I've been wearing contacts for more than a couple of decades. The "fit" or specialty fitting @ $105.00 or $52.50 per second was billed for the first time. Wow, what a scam. My "fit" has never changed and never will. My next eye exam location will. 1 star on business practice. Yikes!!!

I took my elderly mother there for an eye exam and to fix the frames of her glasses. Since I'd gotten my glasses from there, I expected a level of professionalism. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. At first while doing the eye test, my mother could barely read the letters on some of the rows and the lady's response was "You were able to read them before." Like my mother was lying! Forget the possibility that her eyes were getting tired. She then said that she couldn't help us because her insurance was not in network. I asked if they could at least help fix the frames and she cut me off with the same line about not being in network. Then she suggested trying the test again and that's when I cut her off by saying "No, we're done. I'll find someone in network." As we were leaving, my mother said "Thank you." and the lady didn't even respond. What a horrible and childish way to behave, to a senior citizen, no less. Absolutely the worst experience ever and I'll never do business with them again.

Disappointed. I've been trying to get help for over a month with no resolution. I had worn Biofinity contacts for years and loved them. At my appointment in December, I was told they no longer offer Biofinity and that "Voyant" is their alternative. Unfortunately, Voyant lenses have been absolute trash. I gave them a fair shot, assuming it was just an adjustment period—but they tear constantly. I received my lenses in January (after waiting nearly 5 weeks and missing out on a rebate due to the new year) and I've already run out—using 7 months’ worth in one eye and 6 in the other. I reached out about these issues last month and was told someone would follow up. No one did. I emailed again and called—only to be brushed off. I called early last week and was told their representative would be in on Thursday and they would get back to me, again no contact. This past weekend, yet another lens tore and left a very small piece stuck in my eye. I was close to going to the ER, but thankfully my mom was able to remove it. I’ve since seen a new optometrist—who had never even heard of Voyant—and was happy to prescribe Biofinity again.

I highly recommend AIFE . Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in. I needed contacts and glasses. Dr. Atencio was patient with me since I haven't had an eye exam in years. I was able to walk out with contacts. Lots of frames options. I found a real cute one
