I entered the door was warmly greeted and checked in and then called back promptly for my appointment. All the staff was professional and answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable through the entire testing process. Definitely recommend LOEC for your eye care.
I have had a great experience with Lake Oconee Eye Care.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front office staff quickly arranged for an examination. They didn’t verify our insurance info, made us file a claim for the wrong insurance and we had to pay $800 out of pocket! It’s been 3 months and our insurance has already paid them and we have yet to receive our refund. On top of that, the staff entered the incorrect information on our names and DOB! Despite repeatedly correcting them! Do not come here!! They will take advantage of you and are not helpful via phone, email, nor in person!!!!
I travel for work, great updated instruments. Wonderful work space, plenty of available parking.
