I have to give 5 stars to this practice. Dr. Dong is FANTASTIC. He saved my eyes a few years ago. I went in today and the entire front desk and back office staff were amazing. I do have to say that Tanya with the eyeglasses was not very friendly when I approached her to order my glasses. She looked like I ruined her day by walking over there. Still 5 stars.
We recently went to Georgia Center for Sight for my son’s eye condition. The staff was very nice, the doctor was super knowledgeable on the condition and did a great job explaining the condition to us with a good treatment and prevention plan. It was good, fast service. Thank you!!
Went in feeling nervous after having been given very unclear answers to my vision issues from my previous ophthalmology and optometry team. I felt much, much better with a clear understanding of what was happening and the ways the issues could be addressed and what to be aware of going forward. The facility was spotlessly clean and everyone from Dr. Dong to the techs to the receptionist were very patient and warm.
Office visit was very good and on time. We have a problem with my bill. My supplemental insurance coverage (AARP United Healthcare) was not used. It should partially cover my exam that Medicare did not cover.
Update ** highly don’t recommend this location, the communication is non existent, asked to speak With manager.. no help what so ever. Will definitely be following up with my insurance company for a complaint! Waited a long time to actually see a Dr. Didn’t see the Dr till about an hour and a half after my appointment time, was sat in a waiting room after the first initial part of my appointment… Called all week to see the estimated time on my glasses arriving NO ANSWER. Would not recommend this location for eye services.
