Dr Patel is an exceptional doctor. Amazing bedside manner, and very kind and patient with his patients. The office staff at his office has always been kind and accommodating but my visit today was exceptional because of Patrick. I’ve never had such a pleasant optical exam. Patrick was SO polite and made me feel so comfortable through all of the testing and photographs needed. It was probably the best vision testing exam I’ve ever had!

Susan, the manager of the contacts department, has for many years provided exceptional customer service. She truly cares about all patients’ needs, and is an exemplary asset to Atlantic Eye Physicians.

I had an eye emergency where they told me I needed to be seen today. I had to drive through rush-hour traffic at 3:30 from 30 miles away to get there by 4:30 I was told if I got there at 4:30 the doctor would examine me I got there at 4:32 Receptionist said I’ll see if the doctor will examine you. Several minutes later, she returned and said the doctor left I will never use this outfit again I was astounded at being treated that way
