Dr. Taylor and the entire Atlantic Vision Center team were very friendly and made my recent experience a top notch visit. They have systems in place to make check in a breeze and everyone there is very knowledgeable! They helped provide answers to my questions while getting me set up with the best prescription to help solve the issues I was having. They also talked through options and I could tell they were very patient focused and that they cared about my vision. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care services!
Regarding my appointment early this morning. I was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone I encountered was friendly and cheerful, which made for a very pleasant visit. I particularly wanted to mention the technician who handled my preliminary examination; she was friendly and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Furthermore, Dr. S. Brigman was exceptionally patient. She did not rush any part of the process and was very clear in explaining every step during the examination. I truly appreciate how she kindly answered all of my questions. Thank you for providing such a high level of care.
The office was bright, clean, and comfortable. The assistant was courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Taylor was very thorough, took his time, and extremely informative. We didn’t feel rushed and everything was explained in words we understood. He was very nice. The woman who checked us out was friendly and explained options. I highly recommend this team!
The front office staff was welcoming. The employee in the glasses department greeted me and gave me time and space to look around without pressure. The doctor took his time, explained things thoroughly, and was friendly. He answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. The glasses sales person was kind, helpful and no pressure. She wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase.
