Been going there for over 4 years. Dr. Winn was great, but completely overbooked. I am evaluating my new GP there now. Word of advice : Get your labs done downstairs, at least they are friendly and professional. The upstairs phlebotomist lacks people skills and is brutal. They supposedly have talked to "them", but there hasn't been any improvement.
Facility staff is totally incompetent. Security people with there backs to the door talking away. The water dispenser on level 3 is always empty. The guy came by with the refill cart and missed it completely, Even after I told them there was one in there
Appointments are constantly late and their billing department is horrible. They charged almost $800 with out even filling my insurance and it took me 4 months to get my money back. Needless to say I switched to Novant and been way happier
The front desk staff, as well as the physical therapists are very efficient and courteous. It is a clean and comfortable office.
There is a Solid reason why the rating is so low. They move on from outsiders and the real people in the most need. ($$$$ rules)
