Absolutely love this practice! It had been a long while since I had been able to have an eye exam, but the staff and doctor here made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Groce is very personable and eager to help find the best solution for the individual. He explained things in an engaging way that made it easy to understand and left me feeling very much part of the treatment plan discussion. I am grateful I found Clemmons Family Eye Care and will 100% recommend to anyone who needs routine eye exams or a new eye care practice. SEE you again, soon! (Hehe)

The staff are absolutely amazing. Always so friendly. You never feel like a number at this practice. Dr Groce has continued the laid back atmosphere as the prior optometrist. He tries to meet your needs without pushing unnecessary extras. You really can’t go wrong with this practice. Even after moving from Clemmons I continue to drive 30 minutes to stay with them.

I’m not a regular patient but called thinking I had a small foreign body under my lid and was about to leave town for a short vacation. I explained my problem and they were able to get me in that morning. Dr Groce and staff were very professional and helpful. I didn’t have a foreign body but Dr Groce explained the problem and made some recommendations and gave me some samples to get started. I’m having some needed R&R and my eye is almost back to normal after my appointment this morning! Great service and they all seemed very compassionate. A 10+ experience! Thank you Dr Groce and staff. ( I may have a new eye care provider)

They worked me in their schedule on a busy Friday morning. I waited MAYBE 15 minutes. I had a foreign object in my eye that needed to be removed and was terrified. All of the staff and the doctor were extremely nice and patient. Even paid out of pocket without insurance and it was CHEAP! Will always refer any and everyone here!

Had an amazing experience today. I have been dealing with a nasty infection on my eyelid. They got me on the schedule quickly and everyone was so nice. I don’t usually give reviews but this place clearly cares about their patients.
