I first spoke with them August of 2025 to schedule my daughter for her referral from her doctor to have her eyes checked...they put her down for March of 2026 for the "earliest" they had. Then canceled it halfway through February, no apology or anything. Thankfully I had called The Eye Center (Lenscrafters) and was able to have her in within a week. That long of a wait, and the reviews similar to my experience make me wonder how a business like this gets any new patients in at all.

Called ahead to make sure they would be open on Friday til 5. Noone called back so we went anyway. Went in to pick up glasses. Was questioned how I knew the glasses were ready. 🤔 I said I had got an email or call. Was questioned when. So I questioned.. how would I know to come pick up if I hadn't received a call? The call I got was for contacts that came in. The glasses had arrived that morning but no one had called me to let me know. Guess I lucked up cause I'm only off on Fridays and not every Friday 😀
The wait time is a little long; but it's always worth it! This time my little needed glasses and they all smiled and helped her with her glasses. The people doing the exams were so calm and gentle with her! Always thankful for this amazing group ❤️
My experience here was great. The receptionists up front were kind and professional. The technicians were awesome. They work so well with the kiddos. The physician took their time in explaining things and we did not feel rushed in and out. I would highly recommend this office.
I love them at Oakcrest! The e staff is friendly, patient and very welcoming when you arrive for your appointment every time. Yes there are times when the wait time may be long but thats only when coming for a consult and they tell you to prepare for that wait time before coming to your appointment. I have been coming here for over a year and my kids and I wouldn’t change our eye doctors we have always been able to get a quick response and worked in when dealing with urgent issues.
