Dr. Andrew W Chapman was amazing! his patience with allowing me to ask questions and share my concerns was great. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the next step in care that I would have to do. My whole experience was great from even arriving to leaving the Staff was very pleasant. Kudos to everyone!

I came here to get checked out for food poisoning as a precaution. I was seen quickly and given a stool test. Lab results were quick. No complaints, urgent care here is quite good if you book ahead of time.

My visit with Dr. James Philips was excellent. He explained in detail my issue and was nice enough to show my MRI results, pointing out the labral tear. Provided me with a contact to reach out to, if needed, and they would in turn make contact with him, if my hip issue continued.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation for the care I've received from Erica E. Truscello, N.P at Atrius Health Internal Medicine in Braintree, Ma. Wednesday was the second time I've been seen by Erica as part of my Primary Care Team. Erica is very professional, patient, and respectful, is easy to talk to and takes the time to really "listen" to her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and "heard." She was very thorough and efficient in reviewing my medical history, medications and lab results and updated my records as needed. She provides excellent patient education, focuses on health promotion and disease prevention in an easy to understand way. She makes you feel like an equal collaborator in the management of your care. Both of my appointments with Erica ran smoothly. She balances her time management, efficiency and competence with genuine compassion. Her level of care sets a wonderful standard for the nursing and medical profession. I'm extremely pleased with the care that Erica provides and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking healthcare services from an outstanding nurse practioner.

I called and spoke to a nurse sandy at the internal department today and she was unbelievably rude. I was trying to tell her 3 weeks ago my husband had a stoke. Before I could even get out the reason behind my anxiety being so hard she said that your husband's stroke is not important you're calling about yourself get to your point. So I told her please let me finish what I'm saying because my point involves what's going on. So I told her what I needed what I wanted that my anxiety was really bad and I was wondering if she could send an Urgent Message to Juliana so she knew what was going on. Sandy the nurse refused to send it urgently.... I had to call back get somebody else and then it was done the right way. This is not the first time that I've had an issue on the phone with Sandy the nurse from internal medicine but this time she's gone too far. There was no reason to not listen to me and to tell me that I didn't need what I needed because she said that my situation didn't deserve to be urgent. I talked to another nurse who is great sent the information over and had no problem. Yhe way it should have went in the beginning.....
