The staff and doctors at the Opthalmology department are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a sense of familiarity between the staff and the patients, particularly their long-time patients. However, one has to be prepared to wait for a bit, not only because your eyes need to be dilated, but also because there is often a line of patients waiting to be seen as well.

Thank you Dr. Avi Grunin for all your knowledge and wisdom not to mention your level of care and compassion for the right treatment plan that we together put in place. You provided options which is appreciated. The Atrius family of staff and patients is fortunate to have you.
Truly the best insurance company I have ever used. All of the Doctors are kind, thoughtful and considerate. Their facilities have everything you need under one roof.i cannot say enough about good about them.
Had to get a colonoscopy procedure done a couple weeks ago. I need to go back in 6 months but will not be going back to this location. The staffing all over the hospital is rude. We got lost and ended up in the nurtition/allergy office I believe. Asked the receptionist for help and she BARELY acknowledged me. So we’re running around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to find the right office so I can get my procedure done. Mind you once you’re there the clinical staff isn’t bad.. you do feel like just a number because they are SO BUSY. I woke up with extensive bruising on my arm. I’m sure that’s normal but I wasn’t made aware that I might have some bruising. So I was worried it was from my iv the whole time. All in all would not go back to this location but atrius health all together is alright
I feel blessed to have a team of outstanding doctors, P.A.'s nurses, specialist, front desk, and all the supporting staff ... They work together like a well run machine. Adding the care, kindness, understanding, and respect that goes along with the health care. Thank you Marcy at the Kenmore Radiology for burning a disc for me. Carry on the kindness, it's so appreciated. Sincerely, Suzie
