My child is seen by Dr. O'Connell in pediatrics and she has always been amazing. Also we've used the urgent care many times and they have always been professional and great. The whole team has always been very professional and helpful. We feel like we get excellent care here. I also had care by Mary Gosney in OB when I was pregnant with her and that care also felt excellent. Mary is incredibly warm and comforting during pregnancy and is very experienced.

Easy access, big parking lot, spacious modern building. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of people around if you need assistance. Elevator to upper floors. Compassionate care by well trained staff.

Always great for me , easy check in on my phone. It’s very clean and the staff is Awesome!! Everyone is very polite and professional!! Definitely recommend them to anyone for great medical care!!

I had my annual physical this week at this practice with an NP and the experience was absolutely horrible. In the 22+ years of being an Atruis Health patient I have never been treated like this, for a physical they only looked at my ears and in my mouth and slammed the door when she left the room when I asked her to fill out a wellness form for my employer. If you don’t like the fact that I am a lesbian or overweight there was no reason to treat me the way that you do, as soon as I find a new doctor I will be leaving this practice. This NP, was horrible and I really hope no one else experiences anything like what I did, I left this appointment, got in my car and started crying because of the way I was treated in this appointment. Do better Atrius Health. Do better.

My annual appointment (scheduled a year+ in advance) keeps getting canceled and rescheduled. They are too busy and cannot handle the patients they have. I will find somewhere else for medical appointments.
