Coded my husbands visit as a moderate to high complexity (99214) for a referral to gastroenterology. Literally just gave him a script for unrelated poison ivy and height and weight at the visit. Dr did not look at his throat (not saying they should have but why is this complex then). When I called billing to ask if this was the most appropriate code she was curt and said yes it is because the dr billed it that way and then started trying to explain deductibles to me.

Always great for me , easy check in on my phone. It’s very clean and the staff is Awesome!! Everyone is very polite and professional!! Definitely recommend them to anyone for great medical care!!
I had my annual physical this week at this practice with an NP and the experience was absolutely horrible. In the 22+ years of being an Atruis Health patient I have never been treated like this, for a physical they only looked at my ears and in my mouth and slammed the door when she left the room when I asked her to fill out a wellness form for my employer. If you don’t like the fact that I am a lesbian or overweight there was no reason to treat me the way that you do, as soon as I find a new doctor I will be leaving this practice. This NP, was horrible and I really hope no one else experiences anything like what I did, I left this appointment, got in my car and started crying because of the way I was treated in this appointment. Do better Atrius Health. Do better.
Dr. Jin was very difficult to work with and I would not recommend her. We came for my 5-month-old daughter's peanut allergy and she openly told my husband she does not check her patient portal as she has "too many patients" so don't bother writing her any messages. She told us to write down any questions on a piece of paper now before we even had our daughter tested. She gave very haphazard guidance on what our next steps should be with our daughter's allergy plan. I didn't feel confident in her approach and was disappointed in this experience.
My annual appointment (scheduled a year+ in advance) keeps getting canceled and rescheduled. They are too busy and cannot handle the patients they have. I will find somewhere else for medical appointments.
