This is for Quincy office obstetrics - The care (or lack there of) that I received from this place was extremely concerning, and very disappointing from the start. I never even made it in to see someone and they messed up my appointments 3 separate times. Called to set up my appointments on June 23rd. I was given an appointment date for a welcome to pregnancy for July 13th and an in person visit scheduled for the next day, the 14th. Also a second follow up for August 20th. I got a call last week that they messed up my August 20th appointment and they went ahead and rescheduled that one to the 24th. Yesterday morning I got a call, the day of, that they couldn't do my intake because the "nurse called out sick". I was told I couldn't have my first in person appointment previously if they didn't do the intake first. So of course I am concerned about whether or not Im going to be able to be seen at all after waiting almost 3 weeks for my first appointment. Nurse tells me, oh ok we will make today happen at 3 pm as initially scheduled and to forget that she even called. Well, sure enough, 3 pm rolls around and nobody calls. I ended up calling after I noticed someone rescheduled my intake call for the day after my in person appointment was supposed to happen which was never spoken to me about, nor did I consent that I could even make that work with my schedule. Thankfully, CROWN COLONY OBSTETRICS IN QUINCY was able to take me last minute. The care that I received on the initial phone call was unbelievably better than any of the phone calls or lack there of leading up to today when my original in person appointment was supposed to be. I'm pregnant, high risk due to age, and do not want to be dealing with a place that clearly doesn't have it together. If you can avoid booking with them for OB care, def heed my advice and stay clear.

Cara, in imaging, was amazing! She called me to let me know she had room to take me earlier, she make me feel so comfortable during my ultrasound. Cara took the time to explain each step to me. Terrific experience!
so far ive had a great experience with everyone that works here! Dr. Saco has made me feel heard, taken extra steps in getting answers and the care i need. i also had a great experience with the phlebotomist Jill, she made bloodwork super easy and was very kind.
I arrived before my appt, followed signs directing me to the specialty desk to sign in, and waited in the wrong line for 15 minutes before being told to sign in down the hall. The spine unit desk was unstaffed, no one answered the phones, and after driving an hour and using two hours of PTO, I was brought back only to be rescheduled. The lady in the spine unit who rescheduled kept on saying I was late after I told her I was there without anyone at the desk.
If I can give them no stars I will for obgyn I called them to discuss about me having a Suport team regarding my son having a disability and hitting my stomach the first thing this doctor said was let me call a social worker( Rachel E Flynn) I told her I have a worker I just want my team to be more look out for me and my unborn child. I have 5 kiddos who was out of Harvard vanguard in Quincy and not I’m sitting here 29 weeks pregnant trying to find a new obgyn doctor. I don’t know if it’s just be but for me to be black and hear those words I’m so upset and scared to keep going back. I have heard that Quincy love to file Dcf report but I don’t think it was true but I have seen it second hand.
