You never feel rushed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients really stand out. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances expertise with such warmth and compassion. A special thank you to Ms. Malissa at the front desk as well. She is incredibly kind, organized, and efficient. From scheduling to check-in, she made the entire process seamless. Her friendly demeanor sets the tone the moment you enter the office. Highly recommend Dr Mishkin !!! She is amazing and cares about her patients my husband and I are super happy we found her. All employees are nice and help you find the right glasses for you … I wasn’t sure of the glasses I ordered they were nice to go back and stopped the order on time so I can order the glasses I felt more comfortable ordering it. Aurora Eyecare is amazing! Dr. Mishkin and Melissa at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I had a hard time finding the right lenses, and my previous eye center kept insisting that the problem was me, not the glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Mishkin and her team, and have already have raved to multiple people in my life! I was a new patient, recently looking for an eye care practice with a more personal experience and I’ve found that in Aurora Eyecare. The office and exam rooms are very clean and comfortable, and everyone is friendly and pleasant to chat with. Dr. Mishkin is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and I’m extremely happy to feel that she has already become a trusted provider of mine. During my first annual exam, Dr. Mishkin really took her time evaluating me, going through my medical and family histories, and doing the tests and maps. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and willingness to dive deeper into a discussion or result during our exams. Having experienced dry eye for several years, my initial visit with Dr. Mishkin was the first time I had a more comprehensive exam. Dr. Mishkin really took ample time to look at my eyes and lids to give me a good treatment schedule. With her easy recommended cleaning, heat, and drops regimen, I have felt a difference and there was improvement she could see at a one-month follow up exam. As a glasses-only wearer, Aurora Eyecare has a great selection of high quality frames. There are so many stylish and versatile options that it was hard to decide, but I felt that Dr. Mishkin had great feedback and suggestions that helped me find glasses that I love. The turnaround time to get new glasses back is very quick, and it’s the fastest I’ve experienced. Dr. Mishkin recommended Eyezen lenses as I am looking at screens for work all day and read a lot in my free time, and it has made such a positive difference in my life. It was hard to get used to, but the team at Aurora was very understanding in talking it through with me when I wasn’t sure if I could adjust. After a couple weeks I adapted and my eyes are more comfortable even at the end of a long day. I honestly never want to go back to regular lenses.
