I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service and care I received at Cohen’s. Ryiah was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. She took the time to understand my preferences and provided personalized recommendations. We are currently waiting for contact lenses as its my first time trying them on. The level of care and serious attention to detail was simply amazing. If you see her don't hesitate to ask her about anything!!!

I had my prescription glasses done at Cohens Fashion Optical. It was done in a week’s time and after a day using it, I noticed that the edges were too sharp. So I decided to go back to dull the edges to keep me safe from getting hurt. Ryiah, the customer service up front was very kind and very helpful. She had it done by the optician in the back right away. Both the customer service and optician went above and beyond to make me the customer happy and satisfied with my glasses. Thanks to the nice service. I highly recommend this store to people in need of optical services in the area.
The receptionist was super patient with me selecting my glasses and she was very informative. The pre-test assistance was super nice, very conversational, helped me selecting my glasses, and provided me his honest opinion along with some great jokes. THE DOCTOR WAS THE BEST ! She answered every single one of my questions. The doctor made me feel comfortable with every part of the eye exam. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that any concerns or potential concerns were addressed. Some of the frames can be a tad expensive, but that is understood because of the business location and everyone needs to make money. However I will say their selection is great; I fell in love with 3 different pairs and everyone was so helpful with me making a decision. I would 100% return to this place because the level of care and consideration they have is unmatched. It was a very warm and welcoming experience. These guys are TOP NOTCH !
WORSE experience doesn’t even begin to cover how bad it was. The story involves getting police officers dispatched to ensure that what these people are doing was reported. My father, a 78 year old retired person with health and mobility issues got sent to this place by his Medicare insurance company for a covered annual eye exam. Everything went great with the eye doctor on site, until the doctor finished the exam and handed my dad’s prescription to Alex and the extremely rude lady at the front. I don’t have her name, but you can’t miss her! We were asked if he was purchasing frames and lenses, but after getting hearing 2 of their lowest prices for a plastic non-brand frame, my dad decided he did not want to purchase the glasses there and asked for his prescription. This is where the trouble began, they refused to give him the prescription unless he purchased the frames and lenses there. After a lot of confrontation with them, yelling, coming back on a different day for them to yet again verify the insurance coverage they still refused to give his prescription. We have filed a complaint with the insurance so that my dad is able to go elsewhere for his covered annual exam and get a prescription and those people not get paid! Also filed a complaint with Cohen corporate about that location, where they claimed that the prescription should have been given to my dad by the doctor and not to the eye glass sales person (rude lady). Last, we got a police report in case we need to prove to the insurance that he still needs an eye exam for a prescription to get glasses! Even if you have to travel 20 miles farther, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save yourself a rip off, anger and the worse customer service you will ever experience. Oh and while we were there, another customer told us about her horrible experience and was thrilled to hear that the police were on their way.
The staff made easy to schedule an appointment time that was convenient for me. On the day of my eye exam, I was treated with professionalism. The doctor provided a thorough explanation during the exam. The courteous staff assisted me to choose frames. They have a very nice selection of frames from very affordable through the latest designer styles.
