The staff has been nothing but wonderful. Was able to schedule a virtual appointment with no problem after a follow up appointment. Due to being into the ER last night.

Wow. took 2 days of calling and waiting on hold to speak with somebody. Livewell app has shown a $0 balance since my Appt in NOV. I suddenly am sent to collections over $40, without even sending me a bill or anything. Once the collection agency started blowing up my phone, I finally got in touch with Lisa at Aurora. She claims she cannot tell me what the charges are for, as its been sent to collections. I ask why it was sent to collections, and was told because I didn't pay. I ask how I'm supposed to pay if it says $0 due and i never received a bill? She says " the collection agency called you right? That's who you need to talk to". They wont even tell me what the charges are for, I need to contact some 3rd party debt collector to discuss what happened during my Dr appt? Sucks, I like my Dr, but guess I have to find a new one. Shame on you

Can never get a telephone call through to this clinic as no one ever picks up the phone. Switched to a new provider here made it to one appointment scheduled another appointment six months down the road only to find out that that clinician is out on leave so I schedule with another one that is covering for that clinician by time that Appointment timeframe comes. They call me a few days earlier to tell me that that clinician is also out on leave now and I would have to reschedule again and I would have to send these messages through the LiveWell app Because no one answers the phone there so I ended up having to go back to my primary care doctor that’s located further away from my house in Kenosha due to never being able to see a doctor at this location and impossible to get refills as no one answers the phone
