Dr. Evans is the best. She listens and answered every question that I had and with understanding. Megan was phenomenal With helping me order my contacts and answering a couple of questions I had for her. I am so glad that it came back!
Leslie was amazing to work with! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me find a pair of glasses that fit my style and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. I never felt rushed, and her recommendations made it so much easier to decide. Thanks to Leslie, I ended up with a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. I highly recommend asking for her if you're looking for great customer service!
I had a wonderful experience at Wisconsin Vision. Dr. Evans was kind, helpful, and very professional. The store had a great selection, but what really stood out was the staff going above and beyond. Kayla helped me track down a discontinued pair of glasses that I absolutely love, then worked with me to create the perfect design and solution. My glasses were ready just one week later. When I returned, Kayla wasn’t available, so Megan helped me. She made sure my new glasses fit perfectly and even adjusted an older pair that had never fit quite right. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Wisconsin Vision—and especially Dr. Evans, Kayla, and Megan—for all your vision needs.
Dr. Evans has been my optometrist for about 12 years. She is amazing! Leslie was so kind, helpful, and fun as I was picking out my frames. She made sure to measure with accuracy. Honestly, I got my glasses in two days!! I am very happy with the whole experience.
I had an AMAZING time at this Wisconsin Vision! Dr. Evans was great during my exam and Leslie let me stay as long as I wanted to pick out the right glasses for me! She even got the team to help me pick out the cutest pair! She was GREAT! Can’t wait to wear my glasses :)
