Lovely staff….were able to adjust my glasses when other places failed.

I had made an appointment weeks ago for an eye appointment and then the night before the appointment at 4:59 i get an message saying something was wrong with the insurance. I tried calling but they shut down the office. So i left a message - never got an call back. I tried calling back the next day when my appointment was and no one picked up and i left another message - no response. I couldnt cancel online or get an answer back. I will never make an appointment there again.
