I visited for the first time on 3/12/26 for my annual eye exam, and it was a great experience. Dr. Glasnor is the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. He was both professional and approachable, which immediately made me feel comfortable. In addition to the usual eye tests I am used to, he performed a few simple eye tests that I had never experienced before, which made me feel confident that he was being very thorough. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything step by step in a way that was easy to understand. Because of the excellent care and professionalism I received. The one negative was the communication from the office. I never received a reminder about my appointment, and after my glasses were ordered, I had to contact the office myself after three weeks—even though I was told it would take two—only to find out they were already in. I was expecting a call from them, but instead I had to reach out.

I needed an eye exam and fortunately picked the right place to go! Miriam at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Glasner was not only personable, but professional. I never had an educational eye exam prior to here and I was amazed when I left. The office is very relaxed and inviting. As someone who is super nervous going to the eye doctor, Dr. Glasner was patient and explained all the machines thoroughly. I highly recommended this place for your next eye appointment!!

I recently brought my 5-year-old daughter to Austin Eye Associates for her first full eye exam after she didn't pass the vision screening at her Kindergarten registration. Dr. Glasner was absolutely wonderful with her. She was nervous about all the unfamiliar machines and tests, but he took the time to explain everything to her in a calm, age-appropriate way. He made sure she felt safe and understood what each step involved, and was incredibly patient when she needed a moment before continuing. Thanks to Dr. Glasner's kindness and professionalism, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a really positive one. My daughter even left excited about her next glasses, and she picked out the cutest pair! I'm so grateful for the care and compassion we received and highly recommend Austin Eye Associates to anyone looking for a pediatric-friendly optometry office!

Took my 5 year old daughter for her first visit, dr Glasner was WONDERFUL! Very patient and thorough. State of the art office! He explained everything about the exam and about his findings. Very knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. The office is beautiful, staff was very nice and very kind to my daughter. And large selection of top brand glasses. Top notch! Made an appointment for myself too! Glad we found this office!
