It was a long 3 hour day and there because no one at Waco office where I have been going for a year. I love Dr Alabi and happy to do whatever I have to do to receive her excellent care.

Staff is friendly. Love this office location. Saves us a drive to the office in Round Rock. Much appreciated. Dr. PATEL was kind and answered our questions.

Went to Temple, TX yesterday. I had my last injection in Waco and was due for another injection the end of December. Due to a fall 12/27/25 & hospital stay until 1/9/26. I was only able to get into the Austin Retna in Temple with DR. Alabi I cannot say enough about her and the great staff of people there. The front staff there were really nice, the office was so clean.

Good but a little slower than usual. Right top eyelid feels a little scratched or bruised, I think from the device that holds my eye open - hasn't happened before.

It wasn't a bad experience at all. After I left I have questions about the suggested procedure. Everyone was nice and patient. I didn't feel rushed. Guess I just don't feel as informed.... or maybe I didn't listen carefully enough.
