Had a great visit here! Amy Sheffield was such a big help, in fact she picked out for me a pair of glasses. I ended getting 3 pair, 2 for everyday and the others sun glasses. Got great discount on 2and she was very friendly, professional and easy going throughout the process. Very happy and highly recommend. Ask for Amy

What I like about Walmart Vision is they actually have real people answering their customer service phone line. I have two insurances. The other optical clinic I called for my other vision insurance had AI generated voice answering their phone. Long story short, they didnt get my business. Walmart Vision sold me with their professionalism on the phone and in-person. Today I had an excellent customer service experience with Amy. My prescription needed extra attention due to bifocal lenses so she meticulously made sure that everything falls into the right place. She also double checked all her entries before submitting them to the lab. There's only two staff, Amy included, in the store but they know how to manage the flow and took ownership of their duties. I would recommend this store to anyone needing Vision care.

I went up there on a Sunday to get my glasses prescription put in, and the associate that worked that day was extremely helpful. Her name is Amy, and she made sure my glasses fit nicely and that I could see, so when I got them, they'd be perfect. It didnt even take long for my glasses to come in, and when they did, she was there to help me again. She made sure they were tight enough, and if I had any issues, she made sure to address and fix them. Great customer service

Angel was the absolute best. She went above and beyond tracing and getting the lab to accept a very small lens and even helped when I lost a couple screws. You are much appreciated Angel! The lenses turned out awesome and I can now wear the AR glasses without eye strain!

Absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Angel, Amy, and Martin were all so incredibly helpful every step of the process! Place also has great selection and prices are fantastic.
