We were there 9 days, 5 of those days were in the PICU and were then moved to the 5th floor. To all the doctor's, nurses, respiratory team, OT, PT, social worker, child life specialist, food service, house keeping, pharmac, social services the ER team and front desk service THANK YOU if I could give a million stars I would. Everyone did a phenomenal job. This was our first time going through any of this and they helped us navigate through it all. The care they gave showed me that they care. Again many thanks!

When I arrived here, I felt I was in the right place. The nurses and doctors were super friendly, and something that I liked was the way they do it so that the children feel confident and above all, explaining each step of what they are going to do so that they are not afraid. Well, in my case it was a CT Scan and it seemed super excellent. Doctors willing to resolve any concerns you may have.

Parents, be aware that your bill will come sky rocket!! They do not tell you the actual prices and will leave you bankrupt! They care only to collect all you earn, hard-earned money. Stay away from them. Called the dispute, and still they do not care about it.

I have only visited the fourth floor with the mental health services but I have been there about 10 times. The waiting area is fairly large with a decent amount of magazines. The TV plays Disney channel as expected. It has been my experience that they are always running whims their appointment times. Ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful. There is a snack bar in the first floor and a pharmacy.

I am very disappointed with the way this clinic handled my child’s appointment. We were scheduled to be seen, but due to an accident involving a semi and two cars, traffic was completely backed up and I arrived just 10 minutes late. Despite explaining the situation and the fact that my child was sick, the clinic and doctor refused to see us. I understand the importance of keeping a schedule, but emergencies and delays happen especially when it’s out of a parent’s control. Turning away a sick child over being just 10 minutes late, especially under those circumstances, shows a lack of compassion and flexibility. Families deserve care, understanding, and a clinic that prioritizes children’s health above strict scheduling rules. I truly hope this clinic reconsiders how it handles situations like this in the future.
