Walmart Vision Center

We went to get our daughter glasses as new customers with the vision center! We were blessed to have Jeanette take care of us! She was so excellent. She was knowledgeable of her products and navigating insurance. Her customer service experience was top tier! She was also great with my child which as a mother is everything! Thanks so much we will be continuing to use this location for all our vision needs!

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Jeanette. She was incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely attentive from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how far she went to help—she contacted my insurance company twice to make sure she had the correct information about my coverage, which I truly appreciated. Even while waiting on my insurance details, she managed to assist multiple customers with ease and professionalism. She made a point to greet everyone who walked in and ensured no one felt overlooked, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. It was also clear that she’s well-loved by the community, as several people came in specifically asking for her—that really speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. Jeanette went above and beyond, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. Walmart is lucky to have someone like her!

From prompt greet to bye, Jeanette was fantastic! She was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and purchases! The store has a huge supply of glasses in so many price points and purchase incentives were great too! 5 stars on customer service & products!

Came in today to get my daughter some glasses and the manager Kilani made our experience so easy and fun! She was personable and made my daughter feel so good about getting new glasses! The prices were affordable too which sealed the deal! We have found our forever vision center!

She also made the whole experience even better by being so easy to talk to! She made conversation fun and was genuinely easy to get along with. She assisted me with both my glasses and contacts, making sure I understood all my options and helping me find the best choices for my needs. What really stood out was how much she cared about helping me save money while still getting exactly what I wanted. She gave me multiple options and never made me feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, she helped me pick out my glasses and she absolutely nailed it! The moment I tried them on, she told me they were the one and complimented how great they looked on me.
