I'm not going back. I wish Dr Allsep hadn't left because she was very nice to her patient's and didn't treat them like they weren't valued. I thought my experience there recently with Dr Pagan was just a one off until my co-worker said the same provider was rude to her spouse and kid. Rude is an understatement and definitely unprofessional. I wear magnetic false eye lashes, have for years. The provider made unnecessary comments about them, rude. She also started literally waving her arms at me to shut me down when I told her I could get my contacts online, the powers were still being made. I told her that I KNEW already that they may be unavailable at some point. Then she says my astigmatism is worse in my right eye BUT she said we don't have a contact lense for that and gave me lenses that I literally could not read my phone with. Also, I do monovision with my dominant weaker left eye reading close up. She decreased the power on that eye which explains why I could no longer read my cell phone. I told her these contacts are not going to work since I can't see so I will wear my old lenses and she told me to do what you want. How about caring first of all? Secondly, give me contacts that help me actually be able to read? Then I was told that I could go online into the portal to get my prescription and it was for glasses only no prescription for the contact lenses on the portal, so I called the office and left a message and no one is returning my call and it's been over 2 weeks. Why does anybody want to go through all this and not even get lenses that they can see out of? Ridiculous. So I paid to be devalued, for rudeness, and to not get a contact Rx for lenses that I can see out of. I have lost confidence in the accuracy of my exam or contact fitting and no Rx either which is why I went. No one cares enough to call a patient back either. A total waste of my time and money.

Rude and unprofessional receptionist. Could not answer basic questions. When I asked to get an appointment they said three months out. So you can’t answer questions or accept new patients. Luckily there are more professional options in temple. No I will not call.there is nothing you can do for me any longer. My review is honest and to the point. My needs have been met. By a more professional business. Just do better. Actions and attitudes have consequences!
Tried to go to my apt I scheduled over a month ago. When I got there they said the doctor wasn't there today. They said they called me but I have no missed calls, but I did recieve a text saying "We look forward to seeing you today @ 11AM." Then they want me to rebook another month out? No apologies, no trying to make it right, just a waste of gas, time, and money. Will not being going back.
Called to try to schedule an appointment today. Was told June was earliest available. I said, “I’m out”, as I cannot wait that long. The woman on the phone said “ good riddance” as she almost had the phone disconnected. Not with her chest, not with authority, but basically as she was leaving the room. I let it slide years ago when they took 11 weeks to get ,y contact order in, but I’m done. It’s a shame, as I’ve gone there for 25 years or more and Dr Pagan has been great since Dr Scott left. The desk help has not been good for some time but I’m actually shocked by the current staff. I really am out. Ironically, I’ll get follow up texts and emails, just as a reminder of how terrible they are now.
Kristen was the absolute best! I went to Belton Vision back in January and got contacts for the first time and basically did not have the best experience there and have not been able to wear my contacts since then - I went to Wildflower on Friday 2.13.26 & while I was in there and talking to her about everything going on, she told me to come in Tuesday 2.17.26 & she would help me with putting in my contacts & she went above and beyond!! I seriously could not thank her enough - she was so kind and patient with me & I just had an overall better experience there! Thank you again Kristen!!! :)
