My first experience here with all three of my family members, and it was by far the best vision care experience we’ve had in the Temple area. Even though they were busy, there was plenty of staff available to assist, so the wait time was very reasonable and well managed. The representative who helped us was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I especially appreciated her advice and attention to detail when helping me and my family choose our lenses and options. I would absolutely recommend Visionworks! The new location is beautiful, and there are so many convenient food and drink options nearby, which made the whole visit even better.

I've not needed glasses before so I was new to this. The onsite eye doctor was very informative and made sure I had a firm understanding of what was going on with my eyes. Once I had my prescription the staff in the glasses store made the process of picking out my glasses very easy. I was allowed to peacefully browse through the frames and once I found the frames I liked the staff walked me through options for lens coatings and what my VSP insurance would cover. In the end I made it out of the store with glasses I like with the coatings I felt I needed (anti glare and blue light filter) and even factoring in the eye exam copay I made it out within my budget. Visionworks will definitely be getting my future business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Visionworks in Temple with Dr. Kim. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. He helped me get the right prescription, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Being able to fill my prescription right next door was an added bonus. I loved the experience and highly recommend Dr. Kim and the Visionworks team! 👓😊

Sylvia was so helpful. She didn't even hesitate to help me, even when I was there past the store's closing time. I really appreciated everything she did, her honesty about pricing , and explaining exactly what each additional lense application and type was for and what I needed for my glasses. She was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating, and professional. She is definitely an asset to your company. I would go to her again in the future.
