I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses yesterday at the Megavision store on Avenue U, and I had an excellent experience. The selection of eyewear was impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to the manager, who personally helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. She was professional and positive, and her advice was extremely helpful. I am very happy with my new Tom Ford sunglasses and already love wearing them! I highly recommend Megavision to anyone looking for quality eyewear. I've been a patient at Mega Vision Center for over 5 years, and my recent visit reminded me why I continue to come back. After a misunderstanding over the phone, I wasn't sure what to expect, but once I arrived, the experience completely changed. The staff, assistants, and doctor were welcoming, courteous, respectful, and highly professional. They made the entire visit smooth and stress-free while respecting my time. The doctor listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care without any rush. Mega Vision truly values its patients and consistently provides top-notch customer service. I highly recommend them for quality eye care and their great selection of high-quality eyewear. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent care. I look forward to many more years as a satisfied patient!

I went in today to request my medical records, as I have been coming to this office for the past three years, and unfortunately, the customer service I received was terrible. I had requested my records in the past and was able to receive them without any issues. This time, however, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that I needed all of my medical records because I am planning to have LASIK surgery, and she told me, in a very unhelpful manner, that “it doesn’t work that way” and that she could only help me with records from the last three months. In the past, I was never required to fill out a form, but this time I completed the form as requested. I then asked if my records could be sent to me by email, and she told me to enter my email address on the form. However, there was no designated space for an email address. When I pointed this out, she simply told me to write my email address in the phone number section. Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming to this office. My sister and brother-in-law are also patients here, and I will be advising them not to return. If someone is going to treat patients or customers this way, perhaps they should consider a position that does not involve interacting with people. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially when simply requesting their own medical records. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this type of behavior with their staff.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Katsiaryna Kavalchuk was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Also, Tamila at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything easy.
