Absolutely fantastic experience here. They walked me through the pros/cons of various lens and frame options, they clearly laid out the exact price of every feature given my insurance, and they looked up the details of my plan to find the most cost-efficient time to return for contacts. Previous place I went to burned me a bit, so it was wonderful to see how patient > profits oriented this place was.

Jennifer, was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient with me. I asked as many questions as I could about options and she answered all of them. i also tried on many pairs of glasses while at her place of business and she patiently helped me through all of them, while giving me her opinion and knowledge of each one. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bensonhurst Family Vision. I fully recommend anyone to go there.

I received excellent care, and the optician who helped me pick out frames was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me, showed me many frames she thought I might like and also showed me any ones that I wanted to try on. I did not feel rushed and was able to choose glasses I loved!

I’m never going back to my old optical store. Contact lens fitting was so thorough and great at explaining different options. They are also excellent location for uft teachers as they don’t give you an either or option for using money towards lenses or Dr fitting and gave me the option of allowing me to choose. This made everything cheaper for me. I ended up spending $300 less than I normally would at my previous location. Also they are the nicest and most accommodating receptionists and nurses at front desk. They expedited shipping for me because I needed lenses in a pinch before my travels. I will never go anywhere else!

Jennifer and her co-workers are wonderful to deal with . They are not pushing extra items for your glasses. I highly recommend Bensonhurst Family Vision
