I had an excellent experience at Avery Eye Care Center in St. Johns, Michigan. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs very efficiently. Dr. Eddy is truly outstanding. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for your eye health. What impressed me the most was the level of attention and care throughout the entire visit—from the initial check-in to the final recommendations. Everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Avery Eye Care Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great overall experience. The support staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. To was so informative and took the time to explain things thoroughly. The staff that did the preliminary exams and then helped me pick out my glasses also were very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the vibe in the office. People seemed to genuinely enjoy their job.
