Exceptional service! My first time at this location and I would highly recommend everyone at this location! I’d say I have more questions than most people and I’m picky on my glasses and they answered all my questions in detail and provided many options for me. I’ll keep coming back to this location even though I live in Holt. Could not be happier. Thank you everyone at this South location. Also should mention anyone looking for robust glasses take a look at Flexon as they carry a good assortment for Flexon glasses and are able to order them as well as fit them with custom magnetic shades. 👍 - Brandon Summer

I met with Dr. Zach after previously getting a different prescription that didn't work out. He was very blunt realistic and easy to understand while also letting me know that if my first pair of glasses don't work out he'd sort it out! The exam itself was very quick but thorough and he was incredibly patient. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses (I'm not sure of her name) was very attentive and conversational. At the end of my appointment, while talking with my father she even gave me a very sweet compliment! I walked out joyous, hopeful, and not totally upset about my crappy eyesight! Would recommend!!

We've been so pleased with years of service so we decided to take our elderly mother to Avery. Dr Eddie and his staff were even more compassionate and made Mom feel valued and special. They are a true blessing to everyone they serve!

My family and I just switched over to Avery Eye Care and had amazing experiences all around. Very knowledgeable and explains all the different scans and pictures of your eyes. There was no wait for my appointment either, that is always a plus. They even sent me home with a few different contact types to test out for the next 2 weeks before ordering my year supply. I have worn contacts for the past 20 years and have never had anyone offer me samples to test out.

Dr. Eddie is great! Very attentive and listens to concerns. I did not realize that they closed early on Fridays, I called 2:30pm last Friday with concerns about my daughter. He took the time and spoke with me on the phone came up with a plan and made sure his staff followed up with us after the weekend. They were able to work us in to their schedule to have a follow up about the concerns rather quickly. Thank you Dr. Eddie and his team!
