After I woke up with what appeared to be an eye-related emergency, the staff at Avon Vision Associates ensured that I was immediately seen and responded to my panic with patience and care. Furthermore, I was surprised at the level of care I received. The doctor took the time to listen carefully and explain my images and tests. Highly recommend.
The previous ownership of this practice was really good. The new doctors in the past few years are weak at best. They incorrectly billed me to try and get me and the insurance company to pay more than was required. Avoid this business.
Dr. Jones is amazing! I left my previous eye doctor due to location and am so glad I ended up here. I was so impressed with how caring and attentive each staff member was. Dr. Jones makes you feel so comfortable, just like you’re chatting with a friend. They have all of the new tech which makes the appointment a breeze. I’m blown away after just one visit and highly recommend anyone to try this place out!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for years and she is always knowledgeable. Front desk staff is attentive and welcoming. Linea helped me pick a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, usually I have a hard time changing from my comfort styles but she gave me great options and the confidence to try new things! Couldn’t recommend enough :)
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brittany Jones at Avon Vision Associates. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on her findings during my eye exam and she patiently answered all of my questions. I was also very impressed with the state of the art equipment at this office. The team was very friendly and professional! I know my eyes are in great hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
