Very Nice & Large Office!! Staff is Kind as well! My Dr was so Full of info 4 me, that I feel very secure in my diagnosis. I recommend this Eye institute.👀🫶

The service was great, very happy with their work…from receptionist to the Dr… the only issue i had was that i was in there for two hours. The hat was too long of a wait.

Dr Sugiyama is definitely a very busy man but you can tell he still concerned on his patient’s well being!

I went today to cancel my upcoming appointments because I could never get thru a live person to help me on the phone.When I get there I greeted the front desk. She did not answer and simply asked me to sign in and take a seat. I thought that was rude. A few minutes past and she called out my name. I didn’t know she was calling me because she was not saying my name correctly. So I went up and asked her.. “are you calling Jeannette?” She said Janet. I told her that is not my name. When I tried to correct her she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes. I’m glad I canceled my future appointments so I don’t have to deal with rude people like her that probably hate their job. I asked her what her name is so that I can make sure to warn people about her rude ways of greeting people. She again rudely responded “VIRI”. This office has a lot of elderly patients and would hate my parents /grandparents to be treated this way.
