I had a pleasant experience here as it’s my 2nd time after today. The nurses and assistants are pretty kind and show patience. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and within a few minutes of checking out my eye she knew right away what was happening and told me. She referred me to another location for surgical intervention as my case was urgent. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that needs deep eye care.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. My 84-year-old grandmother had an eye exam and ordered her glasses here. Shortly afterward, she had to move out of state. The glasses she received are unusable—they fit poorly, are digging into her nose, and she can barely see with them. When we contacted the office to find a solution, we were told that someone would have to come in person to pick up her prescription. That simply isn't possible since she no longer lives in the state. I then asked if they could at least release her medical records or provide her prescription so she could have new glasses made where she now lives. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to help, the employee responded, "You can do whatever you want. Are you coming to pick up the prescription or not?" That level of rudeness and lack of compassion toward an elderly patient is unacceptable. My grandmother paid for a service she was never able to benefit from, and when we reached out for help, we were treated with disrespect instead of offered a reasonable solution. I would not recommend this office based on our experience.

My mom came home raving about her experience with Louie. She had nothing but positive things to say about the customer service she received. He was very knowledgeable , kind and attentive. She felt she truly understood the process and that someone cared about her needs. Thank you!

Dr. Emily Tully-Hanson, love her! Each visit is like chatting with a good friend. She's very kind, patient & explains situations greatly.

The facility is very clean and the staff and Medics are very professional and hospitable. My appointment was done with ease.
