My family and I have been going there a while. Dr G while doing my older son's exam noticed an issue and immediately referred him to a specialist where he was able get surgery to repair the issue. She is patient and shows great concern for her patients. The staff is amazing; I am one of those customers who have a hard time selecting my frames , they get me right each time. I always get compliments on my eyewear. They just recently assisted me with transitioning a pair of sunglasses to transition lenes. Great service and absolutely amazing eyewear selection.

I had an excellent experience here and will definitely be back. What really stood out was the quality of the eye exam. Dr. Marina Gurvich took the time to carefully evaluate my vision and fine-tune my prescription instead of rushing through the appointment. That level of care made a real difference. I was also happy to find that they offer premium lenses from Essilor and Zeiss, rather than only lower-end brands that many discount optical chains tend to promote. Even better, their prices were comparable to those larger chains. Another huge advantage is that they make the glasses locally. I received my new glasses in less than 24 hours, which was incredible. If you’re looking for quality eye care, premium lenses, fast turnaround, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place. Amazing experience!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Marina Gurvich for my eye care, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely takes the time to listen and answer every question. You never feel rushed, and it’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and providing the best possible care. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Shaun, who is hands down one of the best opticians I’ve worked with. Whether I’m choosing new glasses, getting an adjustment, or needing a repair, he is always patient, skilled, and has an incredible eye for finding frames that fit both my face and my lifestyle. His attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. The entire experience is consistently professional, welcoming, and personalized. If you’re looking for exceptional eye care and a team that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!

I wish I could give it a 5 star review but, cannot. The store is ultra pleasant, top frame selection is great and the staff is excellent. I went to buy lens for a second pair of glasses and did not know nor was I told these would be Zeiss lens unlike my new that that were Essilor. I commented that I didn’t see at distance as well. When I got home I researched the two brands and found that the characteristics are quite different and based on what the associate told me correctly, my eyes will have to adapt each time I switch glasses. Very disappointed in not being told this when I ordered these lens. As much as I enjoyed the buying experience, I doubt I would go back.

Giving 2 because at first, everything was fine. But as time has gone on, and after 2 emails from their Contact Us page and no returned calls, I'm highly disappointed. I was recently refitted for glasses, as I was sold frames that they said were the right fit but are 2 sizes too small. I was told 56 were correct, while in fact I need 58/60s. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, and would wait til my next yearly replacement, however due to a product that I've used to keep my glasses from sliding, I've had to undergo a biopsy and incurred medical expenses. I've explained this and received no communication in return. There's no way I could in good faith recommend this place. And I'm stuck until July before I can get new glasses. I guess they're more concerned with selling frames than they are serving customers. I still haven't been able to see clearly since the start of the entire process last year, even moving into progressive lenses. So I'm getting hit on all fronts and it doesn't look like they even monitor their emails nor phone nor google reviews. BEWARE!!! Nearly $400 down the drain plus medical bills
