Bethel Eyecare Pib serves patients in Duluth and the surrounding part of Georgia from its office at 2320 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. My husband and I saw Dr. Choi. She has a wonderfully kind bedside manner and she spent time answering all our questions. Anthony helped us select our new glasses and his customer service was exceptional. He was patient, helpful, and just so lovely to work with. We drive to Bethel Eyecare from Cumming and have been very happy with the eye care we continue to receive.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The eye doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The process of choosing new frames was just as impressive. The team was incredibly helpful in finding styles that fit my sons face and personal preferences. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with my new glasses and the quality of care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a thorough eye exam and a great selection of frames with outstanding customer service.
They were very intentional about customer service. I greatly appreciate that. The only thing that I was shocked about was the $10 fee for the PD measurements for classes. It seems like this would be covered with your eye exam and not additional fee. Some places do it for free. Otherwise, great service, great place. Definitely will return next year.
Some staff were extremely pleasant & others were not! One young lady at the desk sat on the phone while I stood in front of her and never acknowledged my presence. Another employee noticed and stepped right in! I felt so very seen by her! The doctor was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient. She answers all of my questions! The guy who helped me choose my glasses was very professional & took his time to throughly show me all of my options! He offered sound advice for my frames! Overall I enjoyed my experience.
Excellent!! We were referred here by our friend, Our first visit was quick, smooth from start to end, and they made my son very comfortable the whole time. The staff helping with glasses was incredibly patient and helped him choose frames he loves. Really appreciate the care and patience. Highly recommend!
