This business in is my neighborhood! And thank God it is. I'm in and out of town frequently for work and I need my glasses. Ok so I got my exam there and selected frames in 2022. Beautiful experience. I have broken my frame handles several times ..first time took them back they repaired no charge. Second time.. just on Monday broke both handles.. my fault. Took them in on Monday got them back today ..Wed.. just in time to travel. New frames.. very inexpensive. Love Love Love them! Love you too Eye Site Duluth

Thank you very much NATALIE for the help when I was given an appointment to the incorrect location. Thank you CHIP and JENNIFER for the great customer service and all the help with feeling comfortable and safe. There are three ways to enter and exit this location, it is clean and has enough parking spots for the customers.

Customer service is top notch. My glasses had broken at the hinges after a few months. Since they were still under warranty, Eye Site at Duluth replaced the glasses right then and there at no charge. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Buyer beware! This location has 2-3 part time optometrists, who are only at this location by appointment. When I went in for an exam, the first one asked for my old scrip to compare, instead of taking new readings. Their exam was mediocre and the glasses prescribed were way off. It took another exam, 4-5 more visits before I got a pair of glasses I could see out of. They still aren’t perfect, but I won’t go back.

I had called and rescheduled my appointment and the person answering the call gave 9 am time for me and my wife. When we got there , they found no record of the reschedule! These guys need to upgrade their dated setup big time, still using paper to record appointments , and be more efficient than that. The guys showed no remorse even though they appeared to know. A waste of everyone’s time on a weekday morning. Would not go there again... a walk in at a Walmart vision center would be more productive.
