I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tom Lay and his entire team. Dr. Lay was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain his diagnosis and treatment recommendations, which gave me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. The office staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the office is conveniently located in the Johns Creek area. The technicians were also outstanding—each one was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a positive patient experience. I highly recommend Dr. Lay and his staff to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

Except for 30 minute wait to be seen, everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! Everyone is nice and helpful. I have complete trust in Dr Segal and have been seeing him for years! Vena was extraordinary. She was efficient, pleasant and the best of anyone else in her position that I’ve ever had!

Dr. Segal, Dr. Lay, and their staff having an amazing practice. I had cataract surgery and they go out of their way to ensure you are kept informed about each step in the process. A medical procedure is routine, until YOU are the one being worked on. Then it can become an apprehensive experience. However, the doctors and staff go out of their way to keep you informed and answer any questions. I received several phone calls throughout the process, and even after normal hours. Prompt response is not just a slogan, they really do make the extra effort to make your surgery a smooth experience. Thanks again!

I have been seeing Dr. Segal for many years. He and his team are always very professional and thorough. He also makes sure that my results are forwarded to my primary doctor. My eye glass prescriptions are always perfect and I trust him with the care of my eyes.
