This location is truly exceptional, and the staff is welcoming, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding service. I especially want to recognize Bri for being so patient and attentive during my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything, which meant a lot to me since this process is still new to me. First let me say this review is no reflection on Dr. Ume. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His service was excellent….Now the billing department is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. I received a bill from them THREE YEARS after being seen. I was seen in the office twice and after that last appointment was told my insurance is not in network. Within these past THREE YEARS, I NEVER received a bill or a phone call regarding a past due balance. When I called the billing department to speak with someone regarding this, the rep couldn’t confirm why I was getting a bill three years later, she ONLY said that it was an error. I WILL be filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner office. If my insurance wasn’t in network I should have never been seen nor should I be getting a bill three years after the fact.

They have excellent service ! I definitely recommend coming they also have flexibility and are willing to work with you when needed! I had surgery done with them and I ca say they have done a great job ! Healed completely with little to no discomfort.

I just called Dr. Ume’s office to ask for a neuro-ophthalmology appointment because it’s listed as one of their services on their website, and a lady I spoke to by the name Melissa said that they do not have Neuro-ophthalmology. I asked if she could ask the doctor just in case but she refused saying that she’s been working there for 2 years and there’s only one doctor there who is a cataract specialist. Well, please remove it from your website because it’s misleading and leads to confrontations with your front desk. And if you indeed do treat neuro ophthalmology patients then front desk needs to be better educated on the services of the clinic. I hope the doctor sees this.
