First Class Eye Care

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment till after I completed my appointment and walked out the building, EVERYTHING WAS FIRST CLASS! The staff is excellent, happy and welcoming. Natalie was great! Dr. Adam Young is an absolute delight! He is professional and very thorough, explains everything and makes sure you are happy and confident before leaving the office. He will not push you into getting an expensive brand of contact lenses, but truly just wants what's best for you as a patient! I will definitely make this my go-to eye doctor's office!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly and welcoming front desk staff. They have an excellent selection of frames, and I always get compliments on my glasses! Dr. Young is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you leave without any unanswered questions. I recently had an issue with my eye and was able to get an appointment the very next day. He performed a thorough examination, prescribed medication, and provided a clear treatment plan. When I had additional questions afterward, Dr. Young personally reached out to address my concerns, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this office for routine eye exams as well as any eye care needs. The level of professionalism, care, and customer service is outstanding!

"First Class Service" is exactly what you receive when you go to First Class Eye Care. This is from when you walk into the office to when you walk out!! Dr. Young and his team are amazing!! Dr. Young is amazing!! What an awesome provider!! He took his time explained every test and addressed every concern. He explained everything so well I didn't have any questions; he explained everything!! The service is phenomenal!! The staff and Dr. Young are absolutely amazing!! I have had some eye issues over the years related to ocular rosacea. Recently, I woke up with severe inflammation in my right eye to the point that I could not keep either of my eyes open. I have three small children so it is an understatement that I absolutely need to be able to keep my eyes open. Unfortunately, this happened to be July 3rd where almost every office in the surrounding area was closed. I called 20 or more offices, because I really wanted to avoid the ER. The only other option was urgent care which would not have specialized equipment for eyes. I finally desperately searched “emergency eye care”and First Class showed up as the first Google search. To my absolute relief, I called First Class, and actually reached a receptionist and not an answering machine. They were able to see me within the hour. So I showed up with a bandana wrapped over my eyes (a friend drove me). The struggle was real trying to keep my eyes open for the initial exam 😆. From the front desk all the way to the meeting with the doctor, I felt welcomed. I cannot explain how relieved I felt after the visit. Dr. Young took his time listening to my health history. I did not feel rushed. He answered every question thoroughly, and I felt like he cared. I felt like restoring my vision was his utmost priority. He explained treatment options and why he recommended certain treatments over others (due to my pregnancy). As I was leaving he asked me to save his cell number, and encouraged me if anything got worse over the weekend to reach out to him personally. He was very concerned to make sure my eyesight got better after the visit and not worse. I felt so cared for. When my friend picked me up, she asked how it went and I breathed a huge sigh of relief. I didn’t even have the medication for my eye yet, but my friend commented on how much more relaxed and hopeful I seemed. I attribute that directly to Dr. Young’s encouraging demeanor and thoroughness. Now almost 5 days later. I can see again with no pain!!! On top of it all, my insurance had lapsed, so I was self-pay. The price was so reasonable. First Class will now be my go-to practice for eye care. I highly recommend them!
