I actually love this place. Dr. Taylor must keep incredible notes because I’ll come in for my annual appointment (12 months after my last visit) and he’ll ask me how my beach vacation was or whether my coworkers ever stopped beefing. 😂 It always makes me laugh, but I also think it’s such a thoughtful and intentional way to build and maintain a relationship with patients he only sees once a year. One minor complaint (Not with this office even, but with a return policy) - I was a little frustrated to learn that once a pair of glasses are ordered, returning them comes with a pretty hefty restocking fee. The frames here are also on the expensive side (as is everything else in the world). If you’re looking to save some money or want a more flexible return policy, I’d recommend buying your glasses through an online retailer after getting your prescription. The prices are much much lower, and returns tend to be quick and hassle-free. I recommend Dr. Taylor to everyone I know!
