I absolutely love Portsmouth Vision Center. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I see Dr. Miller and he is amazing! He is very thorough and always gives me the best care. He always takes time to answer any of my questions and lets me know that they are always there if I ever need them.
I’ve been going here for many years. When Dr Carson was there. My Mom went to school with him. All my care there has been excellent My insurance stopped covering so I paid for my last glasses myself. That’s how much I love their variety. Excellent service. Friendly. Dr Rais is professional and nice. Makes you feel comfortable. Doctors can make me nervous at times lol. But he’s top of his field. I recommend Portsmouth Vision highly. My favorite is Tomi. She’s the only one who can adjust my glasses and she’s got personality galore.
Portsmouth Vision Center is by far the best experience I’ve had with eye doctors and my glasses and contacts. The office is full of pleasant helpful people and the services that they offer are above and beyond their extremely reasonable pricing for those of us without vision insurance. Dr’s Raies and Rice cannot be more highly recommended for their care and helpfulness. I am thrilled to have Portsmouth Vision Center as my resource for eye wear and vision services.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very clean and well organized. Staff was amazing and so was Dr Miller! I would highly recommend this place!
Greeted immediately as I entered by a delightful and helpful young lady. She was cheerful & willing to assist me with insurance questions & even went so far as to check that my secondary insurance would cover my visits should the need arise. Very short wait time for initial exam followed by another short wait to see the physician. He was thorough & explained procedure as he went giving me a concise explanation at the end. This was my first visit there but I was made to feel as though I had been a long time patient. I am so thankful that I chose Portsmouth Vision Center for my eye care.
